| General Help & Advice |
| |
It's worth nothing that disabled and special needs assistance can be booked through the airline.
Disabled travellers at Stansted Airport will find the Help Points situated around the Airport i.e. baggage reclaim halls, short stay car parks, terminal forecourts useful.
These Help Points show your location within the airport, with a telephone to request assistance, including help with baggage or wheelchair push/provision.
Passengers will find a Help Point close to the blue/orange badge parking bays in the short stay car park Zone D.
Help with wheelchair push / provision or general assistance such as carrying luggage can be requested, free of charge, from this point.
Help Point telephones are also available at each of the revolving entrance doors.
Induction loops are situated throughout the airport for those partially sighted or hard of hearing passengers - easily identified by the 'sympathetic ear' symbol. The airport's directional signs use black text on a yellow background for easy use.
Hearing dogs and guide dogs are the only dogs allowed in Stansted's terminal buildings.
