If a traveller has purchased fragile or bulky items, and is flying within the EU, they can leave these items at Stansted, to collect on their return to the Airport - this service is offered free of charge.
If you would like to use this free of charge service simply advise the retailer that you wish to collect your purchased goods on your return. You will be issued with a collection receipt. Goods can then be collected at the Shopping Collection point situated at the BAA Information Desk.
Do note however, that this service is only offered to those passengers flying within the EU (exlcuding the UK and Ireland). |
